Beef in Puff Pastry using Homemade Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • Minced beef half kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • curry powder
  • Green chilli (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Garlic& ginger
  • 1 medium chopped onion

Method:

1.Take a pan and cook the minced beef on medium heat for 7-10 mins until almost done.

2.When almost done add chilli, ginger and garlic, salt to taste,1tsp cumin powder,1tsp garam masala,1tsp curry powder. Cook for 2-3 mins then take it off the heat.

3.Add onions,stir well.Cook it for 1 minute.

4.use puff pastry and cut it into your favorite shape.

5.Use water and flour glue to make the edges stick together,use a fork and press gently on the edges

6.Apply egg wash and bake in a pre heated oven at 180c.Bake until Golden colour.

7.Ready to serve.

  • Kitunguu swaumu na tangawizi
  • Kitunguu kilichokatwa

Matayarisho:

1.Chukua frying pan yako na pika nyama kwenye moto wa kiasi kwa dakika 7-10

2.Ikikaribia kua tayari weka pilipili,kitunguu swaumu,tangawizi,chumvi,binzari nyembamba kjk kdg,garam masala kjk kdg,curry powder kjk kidogo.Cook it for 2-3 mins kisha toa kwenye moto.

3.Weka vitunguu,koroga vizuri.Pika kwa dakika moja.

4.Chukua puff pastry,kisha kata shepu utayaipenda

5.Chukua mchanganyiko wa maji na unga kisha gundisha,tumia uma na ubonyeza kidogo kwenye pembe

6.Paka yai kwa juu kisha weka kwenye oven moto wa 180C mpaka iwe rangi ya dhahabu.
