Chipsi na kuku masala

Ingredients
◽1 kg chicken drumsticks
◽1 tbsp garlic paste
◽1 tbsp ginger paste
◽Chumvi to taste
◽1 tbsp curry powder
◽1 tsp paprika powder
◽1 tbsp cumin powder
◽1/2 tsp black pepper powder
◽Juice of 1 lemon
◽Chilli powder (optional)
◽1/4 water

1. Prepare and marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 30 minutes.

2. Transfer the chicken into the baking tray and place in oven, in a medium heat for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Do not overcook them so that they don’t dry out, remove any excess oil with a soon.

3. Meanwhile, cook/fry your potatoe chips (fries) until done and crispy, remove and mix them well with cooked chicken and serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.

◽Bizari nyembamba kjk 1 kikubwa
◽Pilipili manga nusu kjk kidogo
◽Maji ya dimu au limau 1
◽Pilipili ukipenda
◽Maji robo kikombe

1. Mtoe kuku ngozi, mtayarishe na umtie viungo vyote, mkoleze kwa muda wa dakika 30.
Mtie kwenye tray au sufuria mchome kwa oven au makaa kwa dakika 30 moto wa kiasi sana au mpaka awive na ASIKAUKE SANA.

2. Akishakuwiva akabaki na rojo kiasi kama ana mafuta yotote yatoe kwa kijiko (mafuta pekee)

3. Kaanga chipsi pembeni zikiwiva zichuje mafuta changanya na kuku wako tayari kwa kula, wekea na majani ya coriander ukipenda…
