Ingredients

  • 3 pcs fish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Lemon/lime juice
  • Cumin powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Garlic & ginger paste
  • Oil for frying

Method:

1.In a bowl place the fish,salt,1tsp of black pepper,lemon juice,cumin powder,chilli powder,garlic and ginger paste.

2.Mix well and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes or more.

3.Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot enough fry each side for 2-3 minutes.

4.Ready to serve.

  • limau au ndimu (juisi yake)
  • bizari nyembamba
  • pilipili ya unga
  • kitunguu saum na tangawizi
  • mafuta kwa ajili ya kukaangia.

Matayarisho:

1.Kwenye bakuli weka samaki, chumvi kiasi,pilipili manga kjk kidogo,limau au ndimu (juisi yake) ,bizari nyembamba ,pilipili ya unga,kitunguu saum na tangawizi.

2.Changanya vizuri kisha acha ikolee viungo kwa dakika 10-15.

3.Teleka mafuta kwenye pan yako na mafuta yakishapata moto kanga samaki wako kwa dakika 2-3 kila upande
