How to make chicken wings pulao

Ingredients
• 2 cups basmati rice
• 1 onion
• 3-4 medium potatoes
• Red sweet pepper
• 1 tbsp. garlic ginger
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 4 pods cardamom
• Sunflower oil
• Salt 1
• Bay leaf

Method:
1. Fry 4 medium potatoes along with an onion and red pepper then add 1tbs of ginger, garlic paste,1 bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, ½tbs of black pepper, and 1tbs of cumin powder. Let it cook until the colour is golden brown then add 3-4 cardamom pods.
2. Add fried chicken wings to the mixture, then add water to the pan and cover it and let it cook. After a few minutes add salt to taste and stir.
3. Add 2 cups of rice (soaked at least for 15 min), cook on medium heat then cover until almost dry. After that let it cook on a low heat until done.

• Pilipili boga jekundu kiasi
• Kitunguu saum na tangawizi mbichi kijiko 1 cha chakula
• Pilipili manga nusu kijiko cha chai
• Uzile wa unga kijiko 1 cha chai
• Iliki nzima chembe 4
• Mafuta ya kupikia (kwa ajili ya kukaangia)
• Chumvi (Bay leaf 1 )
Matayarisho
1.Katika sufuria weka mafuta,yakishapata moto weka viazi vayko vilivyomenywa na kuoshwa,weka kitunguu maji 1 pamoja na pilipili boga.Kisha weka weka kitunguu swaumu na tangawizi kijiko kimoja.Weka bay leaf moja,mdalasini wa vipande,pilipili manga nusu kijiko cha chai,uzile wa unga kijiko kimoja cha chai,iliki chembe 3-4,vipapatiko vya kuku vilivyokaangwa.
2.Weka maji na uache mchanganyiko wako kwa dakika chache.Weka chumvi kisha koroga.
3. Weka mchele vikombe viwili vilivyolowekwa kwa dakika 15.Koroga vizuri(pika kwa moto wa kiasi).Funika mpaka ikikaribia kukauka,ikikaribia kuiva iache iive kwa moto mdogo
