Coconut coiled bread

INGREDIENTS

White flour 3 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sukari 2 tbsp
Salt
Light coconut milk 1 cup
Water
Milk powder  tbsp
Sesame seeds
Egg 1

METHOD

1. In a bowl  combine flour  , milk powder and baking powder mix well,

2. In a separate bowl put 1/2 of warm water , add yeast leave for 5 minutes then add sugar,salt and melted butter , mix well

3. Start adding flour with coconut milk ,mix until the dough is formed, add water if needed

4. Knead the dough until soft and doesn’t sticky to your fingers, divide into 3 to 4  portions, round them into a balls  cover and let rise in warm place

5.Use a rolling pin to roll the dough flat add some cooking oil on top, roll and fold like you are making chapatis , cover and let rise again in a warm place

6. Roll your balls(like chapati) into perfect and good size round, place it in a baking tray, egg wash and sprinkle with some sesame seeds and  bake at 180°c for 15 to 20 or until light brown , repeat the process until you finish all of them.
