Macaroni 2 cups
Tomato 1 can (blended)
1 large onion (chopped)
Half of red pepper (chopped)
2 chopped chicken sausages(option)
1 tsp of tumeric powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 vegetables maggi cube
Salt for taste
5 tbsp of cooking oil (or less)
1 cup grated cheddar
Garlic paste 1 tbsp


1.Boil macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes, drain well set aside

2.heat  oil in a  saucepan/pot , add chopped onion,chopped red pepper,  garlic and cook for 5 minutes, add chopped sausages cook for another 1 to 2 minutes,
add blended tomatoes and salt, stir and cook   until almost done add tumeric powder, cumin powder and maggi cube, stir and cover until tomatoes have cooked down to thick sauce,

3.Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 180°c

4. Taste to adjust the salt, add cooked macaroni to the sauce, give it a good mix, switch off the heat, 

5. Transfer half of  macaroni to a sized ovenproof dish and sprinkle half of cheese , add the remaining macaroni on top and sprinkle over the remaining cheddar .

6. Bake for 15 to 20 mins . Serve .
