INGREDIENTS

1 can tuna steak

1 small onion(chopped)

2 tbsp. bread crumbs

coriander leaves(chopped)

1 egg yolk

1 tsp chilli flakes/powder

1 tbsp. cumin powder

1 tbsp. garam masala

1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

salt to taste

1 lime /lemon juice

METHOD

  1. in a bowl put all the ingredients
  2. give a good mix
  3. take 2 tbsp. of fish mixture, make a ball  shape and then flatten the ball ( you will get 6-7balls)
  4. shallow fry
  5. when the first side is done flip the other one , fry until brown and the remove. enjoy with ketchup,chilli sauce or any sauce of your choice.
